Usage

– Room Diffuser or Burner: 6–8 drops.

Pot Pourri: 5–7 drops onto crystals. Refresh as the scent starts to fade.

– Massage: Dilute 5 drops (2 drops for children over 2 years or for sensitive skin) in 10ml of AMLY carrier oil. Avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours after application.

– Bath: Dilute 4–6 drops in 20ml of AMLY carrier oil and swirl into water.

– Inhalation: Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes.
